Trauma /EMDR Therapy

We will work together to process your trauma, reclaim your sense of self, and begin your journey of healing.
OCD / ERP Therapy
Living with OCD can make you feel trapped and powerless. It’s a constant battle between your mind and what OCD wants. The obsessions and strong need to engage in compulsions can take a toll on daily life. Together, we will learn how to manage your OCD, face your fears, and regain control of your life.
