After calling Gainesville, FL “home” for several years, my practice will be relocating to Tampa, Florida in August 2025.

While I’m looking forward to this next chapter, I feel a mix of grief, anxiety, and excitement about moving. I originally moved to Gainesville for my Bachelors Degree at the University of Florida, and then I stayed to earn my Masters and Specialist degrees. Since then, I have had the privilege of being a therapist in Gainesville for over 5 years! I completed my internship at the UF Psychiatric Hospital (formerly known as Vista) and UF Springhill Psychology before moving on to a group private practice and then starting my own practice. I look forward to continuing my journey as a therapist in Tampa, Florida, but Gainesville will always be in my heart.

Current Clients

The hardest part of this move has been knowing how it will impact my current clients. It has been such an honor to walk alongside each and every one of you. Having your therapist move can be difficult to process, and I know it has brought up many feelings of sadness, disappointment, grief, and anxiety. I also feel grief knowing that our time in-person has come to an end.

For clients that have decided to transition to a new in-person therapist, thank you for allowing me to be your therapist, and I hope to help make this transition as smooth as possible. For my clients who have decided to switch to video sessions after the move, thank you for continuing to trust me to support you, and we will navigate the transition to video sessions together.
